We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The role:Assist in the continued improvement of operational risk and culture across Endeavour Foundation, through the continual refinement and implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).  Senior Risk Analyst (SRA) is a coordinating and central role for identifying and highlighting threats relating to operational risk across Endeavour Foundation.  The role supports the risk profile of our business through timely and accurately reporting; training and awareness programs and ensuring that our stakeholders, project managers and organisational leaders have the information they require to make cogent and reliable decisions.Review and challenge business risk reporting, assessments, incidents, key risk indicators, projects and assurance activities that impact Endeavour Foundation’s Risk Profile.Review and analyse incidents external to Endeavour Foundation and determine plausible impacts and probabilities of these impacts (may include political, business, security, financial of a state, national or international nature).Analyse and report on operational incidents and their causes to identify opportunities for control improvements and work with the business to ensure such actions are implemented.Provide training and awareness of key risk management policies and supporting documentation (e.g. risk, fraud, assurance, compliance etc).Respond to requests from various stakeholders including regulators, auditors and senior managementAssist in the implementation of key projects to deliver Endeavour Foundation’s Operational Risk Plan.Contribute to achieving the Enterprise Risk team's objectives and performance measures and continually seek to implement business performance improvement initiatives whilst working in a high-performing and team-focussed environment.This position requires some travel both intra state and interstate.All about you:Proven experience in a risk based role that includes experience working within a multi-discipline organisation across geographically dispersed state based work sitesDemonstrates high level competence in computer applications, i.e. Microsoft Suite of Programmes relevant to the role to ensure work is completed in a professional, accurate and timely mannerAbility to proactively strive to achieve measures of success, take initiative and continuously seek to improve individual and business performanceStrong attention to detail and creativity Written and verbal communication skills, to ensure clear and concise information is developed and presentedExperience in Developing and delivering trainingWhat we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramArrange of different roster arrangementsPaid parental leaveHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
