We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The role:The SIL Manager acts as the centre of excellence for the end-to-end process and governance related to Supported Independent Living (SIL). This role manages and coordinates all SIL quotes developed and submitted to the NDIA for approval, to ensure that the quotes are accurate and reflective of customer’s support needs, and also ensures operational changes are implemented upon approval.Your will:Provide SIL advice and coaching to Managers of Service Delivery, Support & Operations Managers and NDIS Planners in the regions to improve capability in financial literacy and SIL operational impactsOversees the entire end to end SIL process ensuring consistency and accuracy in all facetsActs as the central point for all SIL related queries for the organisation both internally and externallyDevelop sound operational processes relating to SIL to enable safe, quality service delivery which can be evidenced through centralised reportingDevelop and disseminate regular reports to business leaders regarding SIL performance, to ensure informed decisions are madeIdentify and support the implementation of SIL process improvement opportunities across the businessCommunicate effectively within the broader team to build rapport and maintain efficient and professional working relationships All about you:Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline, including; Business, Finance or CommerceDemonstrated experience analysing complex data sets and models including financial analysis, as well as commercial problem-solvingDemonstrated experience in an NDIS environment, preferably with a focus on Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Community/ Employment servicesDemonstrated extensive problem solving skills to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.Experience in Microsoft Visio for process mapping (or equivalent)What we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOpportunity for professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible working arrangementsPaid parental leaveOnsite caféHow you can join #teampossible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
