You will:Pro-actively identify system enhancement and optimization opportunities for RiskMan.Provide expert advice and strategies to end users of the RiskMan system to ensure the system remains user friendly and is responsive to their needs.Provide expert advice and support to system administrators to build knowledge, capacity and sustainability.Provide advice, timely analysis and technical support to P&E Leadership teamProvide support for ongoing training and education to ensure end users are adequately equipped to enter, confirm and report within the RiskMan system.Support day-to-day management of the reporting system, providing and designing reports where appropriate.Provide sound technical skills in the analysis of RiskMan system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements.About You:Ability to develop and validate robust reporting systems that enable high level data analytics from within the Riskman systemUnderstanding of system administration tasks such as: access permissions, application back end administration, system configuration.Demonstrated experience in reporting and analysis.Demonstrated competence in using computer applications, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite (ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outline) RISKMAN, Employee Self Service programs, and communication technologies.Relevant qualifications and/or experience is highly desirable.Interpersonal and communication skills required to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders and deal with sensitive issues.Problem solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach.Knowledge of quality assurance processes and commitment to continuous improvement.Experience in data governance, analysis and reportingExperience working in a fast paced, customer service industry, where the customer is at the heart of the business.Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring individuals Experience in the "Human Services" stream of applying safety initiatives, regarding Hazard, Risk and Control.What we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Work ArrangementsPaid parental leaveOnsite CafeHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
