We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward. The role:These fixed-term 12 month contracts are newly established roles, and will work closely with Service Delivery and People & Culture to support the overall customer growth objectives and strategy of Endeavour Foundation.  Based in Brisbane, the roles will require the flexibility for regular regional travel. Duties will include:Conduct site visits across all regions (initially Home).Be primary point of contact for all potential NDIS customers and their decision makers (Home), from site visit to first day (across all regions).Discuss outcome-based options for participants, reflecting participant choice and control, maximising funding and appropriate Endeavour Foundation services that can be used to achieve goals, including referrals to other servicesCollaborate with Account Managers, Service Delivery, Safety and Marketing Leads to attract, convert and on-board new customersEffectively manage NDIS customer prospects (initially Home) across the enquiry pathway.Adhere to sales pipeline management processes including updating of CRM systems, reporting, commentary and SLAs with other teams.Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer management processes All about you:Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including; Business, Commerce, Sales/ Marketing (desirable but not essential)Experience in sales/business development.An understanding of the NDIS and participant pathways and the ability to assess and respond to individual needs (or similar).Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Well-developed relationship building and interpersonal skills.Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of Account Management and Sales techniques for improving the organisation overall goals;Competency with IT software and systems including Call Centre Telephony and ticket creation, Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (particular proficiency in Excel).
