We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The role:We are recruiting for a Permanent Part Time Prize Home Team Leader to join our team, based on the Sunshine Coast for a 6 month contract for 30 hours per week. As the Prize Home Team Leader you will be responsible for the Prize Home sales team with an emphasis on exceeding customer service expectations and standards, maximising profit and minimising costs. This will include;Consult with management to ensure plans and strategies are effectively developed and implemented to increase sales and reduce expenses.Inform, motivate and coach your team to achieve ‘Live House’ daily, weekly and monthly sales budgets.Prepare and manage rosters for the sales team and advise management of any base roster changes.Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness to positively react to changes in trading conditions to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate challenges.Monitoring the general public visiting the prize homes, with a view to security and venue presentation.Implement, drive and report on all promotional activity in line with requirements detailed in the promotional brief.
