We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.About the role:The Prize Home Coordinator is a newly developed position and will be a key support to the Prize Home Team Leader. You will be positioned on site at the Prize Homes, (various locations on the Sunshine Coast), and will act as the conduit between the casual staff and the Team Leader. Responsibilities include:First contact point for the casual staff poolAssist with ‘Live House’ presentation by completing tasks such as  merchandising stock as per merchandising standardsEnsure quality standards are upheld, while projecting a professional image to customers at all times to ensure the brand and organisational values are displayedAssist with rostering of casual staff to cover shifts Ensure 'Live House' end of day financial reporting is completed accurately and on timeEnsure stock control of Kingaroy Kitchen Products in the 'Live House' Money handling including EFTPOS and manual ticket entry/salesExecute promotional activities to maximise sales resultsAbout you:  Proven leadership and team coordination experienceRostering experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to take responsibility and achieve individual and team objectivesProven track record in a face to face customer service environmentDemonstrated I.T. literacy/experience using databases and POS/ competence in computer applications to ensure work is completed in a professional, accurate and timely mannerProven money-handling skills including EFTPOS and manual ticket entryAbility to work week days and weekends 9.30am - 5.30pmBefore commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check.This is an exciting time for Endeavour, and a terrific opportunity for the right person!
