We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The Role:The primary purpose of this 7 month contract role is to coordinate the development of an ICT strategy for Endeavour Foundation. In conjunction with the Executive General Manager ICT, you will lead a team of project personnel through a series of milestones aimed at: understanding the current state, defining future state strategic goals, shaping a sequence of transformation initiatives and finally developing the investment and execution plan (roadmap) for the ICT strategy. Success in this role will require you to skilfully balance your time across three areas of leading a small team, stakeholder engagement and progressive, strategic thinking.You will:Establish and maintain a ‘multi-projects and program’ approach to manage the development of an ICT strategy.Identify, plan and engage resources necessary to achieve the quality, cost and schedule requirements of the program.Establish a stakeholder engagement plan and execute on this throughout the program.Interface with project managers to ascertain key program performance indicators (cost, schedule, risk, quality) and represent these in an ICT strategy development dashboard.Facilitate periodic governance reviews / tollgates with key stakeholders to govern development of the strategy.Provide team leadership and people management of ICT project managers and project resources (including staff and contractors).Prepare and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to solicit input and feedback on the ICT strategy.About You:Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems/Technology, Project Management, Business/IT Strategy or related field (or equivalent field experience in a similar role).Experience or qualifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK or PRINCE2 preferred).Minimum two to three years’ experience in business or ICT strategic planning and/or program management in large multi-location organisations.Demonstrated experience planning and executing complex programs of work involving ICT and/or business strategy.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.What we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid parental leaveOnsite CafeHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
