We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The Role:The primary purpose of your role is to manage and lead delivery of the ICT projects portfolio for Endeavour Foundation. You will lead a team of project delivery personnel to establish and maintain a portfolio approach to delivering ICT programs, projects and various continuous improvement initiatives. In this role you will also be responsible to establish and advise on project and portfolio governance standards, including the embedment of project management capabilities within the organisation.You will:Establish and maintain a portfolio approach to manage delivery of ICT programs, projects and improvement initiativesInterface with project managers to ascertain key project performance indicators (cost, schedule, risk, quality) and represent these in an ICT portfolio dashboard.Develop project & portfolio governance standards for Endeavour Foundation ICT projects.Develop project management education and training.Lead resource capacity planning routines to align the portfolio with availability of resources.Develop and deliver communications to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with program delivery timeframes and progress.Facilitate periodic governance reviews with key stakeholders to prioritise the ICT portfolio.About You:Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems/Technology, Project Management or related field (or equivalent field experience in a similar role).Experience or qualifications in project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK or PRINCE2 preferred).Minimum two to three years’ experience as a senior project manager or portfolio manager.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to effectively collate, analyse and represent information received from diverse sources in a consistent, repeatable format.What we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid parental leaveOnsite CafeHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
