We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The Role:The primary purpose of your role is to develop and maintain cyber security controls to protect the integrity, confidentiality and availability of Endeavour Foundation’s ICT assets. You will be responsible to identify, manage and control cyber security risks by establishing protective technology solutions, cyber security process governance and capabilities. Your role will involve regular engagement with a wide range of stakeholder groups both within and outside our organisation, including the delivery of ongoing cyber security education & awareness campaigns.You will:Conduct security threat risk assessments for all new Endeavour Foundation ICT solutions, or where significant changes are being made to existing solutions.Develop and maintain information security policies, standards, procedures or other documentation as required.Maintain awareness of and advise the ICT team on current and emerging cyber security risks.Conduct periodic penetration tests and other security testing practices to monitor the effectiveness of cyber security controls.Monitor cyber security attacks and intrusions and taking appropriate response actions.Develop and maintaining cyber security incident response practices to support the Endeavour Foundation business continuity approach.Develop and deliver an effective cyber security awareness program across all Endeavour Foundation stakeholders.Support Endeavour Foundation divisions, auditors, government or regulatory authorities during forensic investigation, discovery, audit or other legal activities as directed.About You:Tertiary qualifications in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information security or related field (or equivalent field experience in a similar role).Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) accredited (mandatory).Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) accredited (preferred).Minimum two to three years’ experience in a similar or relevant role.Confidence in leading the delivery of education and awareness campaigns across the organisation.Understanding and application of information security sensitivity classificationsWhat we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOngoing professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid parental leaveOnsite CafeHow you can join #team possible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
