We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The Role:As a ICT Procurement Lead, your role is to lead the development, implementation and on-going management of category strategies including sourcing and contract execution (pre-award). This is to deliver sustained value to Endeavour Foundation service groups and the business overall.This role will engage senior stakeholders within our business and negotiate with global and local suppliers to assist in delivering leading services to our stakeholders and clients. In addition, the role will support the development of the procurement function capability.The role will work closely with the ICT Operations Manager and ICT Vendor and Contracts Lead in successfully implementing and managing ICT contracts and agreements across the organisation.Key success areas;Manage the design, development and implementation of procurement and category strategies that deliver long-term value and benefits to the organisation.Deliver procurement projects such as strategic sourcing, efficiency and service improvement projects across the organisation.Manage sourcing projects and negotiations, including but not limited to developing procurement plans, sourcing documentation, facilitating sourcing evaluations, execution of contracts and supply arrangements and support implementation of supplier contracts to ensure business needs and objectives are achieved and sought benefits delivered (financial and non-financial).Facilitate or chair monthly key stakeholder meetings.Support procurement to implement its procurement capability roadmap and manage the business as usual activities such as business inquiries, contract management system administration, reporting and occasionally more transactional activities.Monitor, manage and escalate any issues and risks relating to procurement performance of suppliers or business areas to minimise risk. All about you:Minimum 5 years’ experience performing a similar role for a medium to large organisation.
