We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The role:As a member of the Property Strategy & Development team, you will report to the Manager Property Strategy & Planning and be responsible for the creation, implementation, maintenance and reporting of project schedules and planning management systems to support the delivery of Strategy and Development projects including the development of new residential buildings and the renovation, refurbishment and repurposing of existing  buildings and structures from project conception, to completion.You will be required to liaise directly with the broader Asset Management Team to ensure scheduling and the project program meet requirements to deliver projects ensuring schedule, quality and cost are maintained throughout the projects.Your duties will include:Design, develop, implement and maintain a scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans in Microsoft Project or other scheduling software.Coordinate scheduling of Property Department projects including New Build strategy, major renovations, relocations and Leasing Strategy by interacting with the project team and task managers to define scope of work to develop and update detailed schedules, cost information and identification of variances from original plan.Providing technical expertise in the planning and scheduling of all activities within the project scope.Prepare and maintain an overall program view based on project schedules.Interact with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.Develop and maintain milestone deliverable based, cost and resource loaded schedules for all projects.Log project time-lines and maintain database of tasks and its status.Assist to set up tasks and sub tasks to ensure satisfactory realisation of project contract requirements as scheduled. All about you:Qualifications in Project Management or Project ControlMinimum three years of working experience in building constructionTrade qualified within building / construction or degree qualified in relevant fieldExperience with Microsoft Project or other scheduling softwareExperience developing and maintaining management reports and dashboardsExcellent time and project management skillsExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills, able to work well with contractors and clients alikeWhat we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOpportunity for professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible working arrangementsPaid parental leaveOnsite caféHow you can join #teampossible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.  It is your opportunity to tell us about yourself, highlighting your transferable skills and experience including what you'll bring to the role and what you'll get out of it.Before commencing with Endeavour Foundation you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History check and hold or be willing to obtain a positive notice from Disability Services (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue card).Endeavour Foundation welcomes the Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with Disability because it will provide a platform for people to be heard and seek justice.
