We are passionate and committed to securing high performing team members who will embrace and drive our purpose and values forward.The role:As a member of the asset management team, you will report to the Group Asset Manager and responsible for providing technical support and oversight for projects, including the construction of new residential buildings and the renovation, refurbishment and repurposing of existing buildings, from project conception to completion.Your duties will include:You will be required to liaise directly with nominated contractors to ensure projects are meeting safety, compliance, schedule, quality and cost elements.You will maintain a reporting relationship with the Program Manager, Regional Asset Managers, internal Stakeholders and our CustomersManage site mobilisation and accountable for contractor safety and environmental management plans, compliance requirements and regulatory reportingProvide input to the schedules for each project with the contractor ensuring it is both reasonable and ambitious, then taking measures to keep construction on schedule to deliverables and stage gates and ensure that the project maintains objectives against time and budgetsReview and if necessary, assist the Project Manager and/or Contractor in obtaining permits and licenses prior to the beginning of the project and foresee any other legal requirements All about you:Minimum five years of working experience in building construction and contract managementQBCC site supervisor licenceCert IV in Building and Construction or similarExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills, able to work well with contractors and clients alikeExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standardsExcellent time and project management skillsHighly developed planning and problem-solving skillsWhat we offer you:Attractive salary packaging and novated leasing optionsCorporate health insurance plans, and discounts with our corporate partnersOpportunity for professional developmentEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible working arrangementsPaid parental leaveOnsite caféHow you can join #teampossible:Please include a written statement, outlining your suitability (including examples), and why you are interested in this role.
