As the Complex Support Lead, you will manage the multidisciplinary approach to complex support and case management to ensure person centred practice and human rights are upheld within the disability support environment. This will include:Lead the development and implementation of a multidisciplinary Complex Support function and associated policy and continuous improvement for the organisationResponsible for enacting strategies that influence a positive work-culture which promotes and advocates education, learning, action research and workforce development.Influence organisational policies, procedures, and processes relating to Complex Support and/or speciality services.Provide regular detailed reports and data analysis on progress and outcomes of Complex Support caseload and deliver coaching and education to encourage capability development of front-line staff.Partner collaboratively with stakeholders including external service providers (who provide Positive Behaviour Support services) to develop a proactive, multidisciplinary approach to person centred practice.Actively engage with NDIS Commission requirements, current trends and data, to ensure the organisation is informed and supported with strategic planning and decision making.
